Who we are

CEW Legacy LLC is a residential property management company based in Palestine, TX. We manage rental properties in the East Texas area. This page explains how we use your phone number and what we do with the information you give us when you apply for a rental.

SMS messages

If you apply for one of our rental properties and consent to SMS, we may send you a text message with a link to your application, an approval notification, or a rejection notification.

Information we collect

When you fill out a rental application, we collect your name, email address, phone number, current and prior address, employment and income information, names and relationships of anyone who will live with you, and vehicle and pet information you choose to provide.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or bank account information.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide only to evaluate your rental application and contact you about it. We do not sell your information. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share any personal information with third parties except as required by law or to verify information you provided.

Data retention

We keep application records for our internal records. If you would like us to delete your information, contact us at the email below.
