CEW Legacy Homes is a family-owned house renovation company based in Palestine, TX. We renovate and sell single-family homes in East Texas. This page explains how we handle the information you share when you sign up to be notified about available properties.

Information we collect
When you fill out our property interest form, we collect your first and last name, phone number, and optionally your email address, bedroom preference, bathroom preference, and price range. We collect this information only to match you with properties that fit your needs and to contact you when one becomes available.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment information, or financial account details.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide only to notify you about properties that match your stated preferences. We do not sell your information. We do not share any personal information with third parties except as required by law.
Mobile phone number and messaging consent
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in status are used solely by CEW Legacy LLC (d/b/a CEW Legacy Homes) to send you property availability notifications you requested.
Data retention
