This charming 1942 home right on Park Avenue caught our eye with beautiful bones and a gorgeous yard. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plenty of storage, and a separate dining room with original French doors, we're starting with a beauty. Our plan is to bring it up to the luxuries of 2026 without losing an ounce of its charm — new floors throughout, granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, new cabinets, and fresh paint from top to bottom. At 1,700 square feet in the heart of Palestine, this home is going to be a dream in just a matter of a few more weeks!

One of the most beautiful, historic homes in Palestine is officially being remodeled and restored! With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large bonus room, that's just scraping the surface. Expect a fully renovated kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances, plus fresh paint and new flooring throughout almost the entire house. The living room's beautiful original hardwood floors are being lovingly refinished, breathing new life back into them. We're also adding a unique outdoor space that will make this house perfect for hosting. With all of that — plus a rare attached garage — this house will be one of a kind when it's finished, just in time for the holidays.
