Program description

CEW Legacy LLC sends text messages only to prospective tenants who have provided their mobile number in connection with a rental application. Messages are limited to: a link to your rental application, notification that your application was approved, and notification that your application was not approved.

How you consent

You consent to receive SMS messages from CEW Legacy LLC by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a rental application form and submitting the form. Consent is not required as a condition of renting. You may also provide your number verbally to the property manager, who may text you an application link at your request.

Message frequency and rates

• Message frequency varies — typically 1 to 3 messages per rental application.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To opt back in, reply START.

No data sharing

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, shared, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely by CEW Legacy LLC to communicate with you about your rental application.

CEW Legacy LLC does not engage in affiliate marketing, third-party lead generation, or any prohibited messaging use case. All messages are sent directly by CEW Legacy LLC and relate solely to your rental application.
